Clozapine - Beyond the Basics

The discussion details the severe side effects that led to its initial discontinuation, and then emphasizes other critical but often overlooked adverse effects, such as metabolic syndrome, sialorrhea, and especially severe gastrointestinal hypomotility, which can be life-threatening.
